What is a Schnitzel?

A Schnitzel is a thin slice of meat. Most commonly, the meat is breaded before frying. It’s also crisp on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. We make also beef and pork Schnitzel, but the pork is most popular.

If you prefer we can also make unbreaded with no spices Schnitzel, just the thin sliced meat. In the Netherlands, Schnitzel is mostly served with fries and vegetable salad.

How to cook: Use a Frying pan Heat the butter(2tbsp) until its simmers or bubbles in the pan,then add the Schnitzel. It will only take a few minutes to cook per side to reach golden, crispy perfection! Enjoy!
